Privacy Policy — DRONEPAID

DRONEPAID is operated by View Aviation LLC (“we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account info: your email address and a hashed password (handled by Supabase Auth).
Billing info: when you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We receive a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and the last 4 digits / brand of your card. We never see your full card number.
Usage data: the city / ZIP you enter, the drone model you pick, and any leads or earnings you log. Local-only entries (leads, earnings) are stored in your browser's local storage on your device.
Optional location: if you tap “Use my current location,” your browser sends GPS coordinates to a free reverse-geocoding service (OpenStreetMap / Nominatim) to convert them to a city name. We do not store raw coordinates on our servers.
Support messages: if you email us, we keep the message and your email address to reply.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the Service.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To respond to support requests.
To detect abuse, fraud, and chargebacks.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising trackers.

3. Service providers (subprocessors)

Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Supabase — database, authentication, and serverless functions.
Lovable — hosting and content delivery.
OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — optional reverse-geocoding when you use auto-detect location.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required by tax and accounting law. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@viewaviation.com; we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing contact@viewaviation.com. California, EEA, and UK residents have additional rights under applicable law (CCPA / GDPR); we honor those requests.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, with a new “Last updated” date.
