Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital subscription
DRONEPAID is a digital software subscription. No physical goods are shipped and there is no return or shipping process.
All sales are final
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, accidental renewals, or change of mind. By subscribing you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops all future billing. You keep full access through the end of your current paid period; your account then reverts to the free tier.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry for a short period. If it still fails, access is paused until the payment succeeds or you cancel.
Disputes & chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your bill, contact us first at contact@viewaviation.com. We respond within 2 business days and will work with you in good faith. If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, your account will be suspended pending resolution.
Statement descriptor
Charges appear on your card statement as DRONEPAID (View Aviation LLC).
