Terms of Service — DRONEPAID

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of DRONEPAID (the “Service”), operated by View Aviation LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DRONEPAID is a digital subscription tool that helps drone operators identify local job opportunities, suggested pricing, and outreach scripts. It is software-as-a-service. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future billing and you retain access through the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. All sales are final.

4. Estimates, not guarantees

All income figures, “monthly potential,” and ranges shown are illustrative planning estimates based on general market assumptions. They are not promises of earnings. Your actual results depend on your effort, skill, equipment, pricing, and local demand, and may be lower or zero.

5. Not professional advice

The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. The earnings and lead trackers are for your own record-keeping only. Consult a qualified professional for your situation.

6. Fly legally

Commercial drone work in the United States generally requires FAA Part 107 certification and airspace authorization. You are solely responsible for verifying and following all applicable laws, regulations, and airspace restrictions before flying for pay. The Service is intended for use in the United States; it is your responsibility to comply with export controls and local laws if you access it from elsewhere.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell or republish the Service's content; (b) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (c) use the Service to harass, defraud, or send unsolicited bulk messages; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or initiate a payment dispute without first contacting us at contact@viewaviation.com.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIEW AVIATION LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
